Spinifex Brewery Cable Beach Pty Ltd, which is owned by Spinifex Brewery Limited, intends to apply for a tavern restricted liquor licence for a brewery hospitality venue to be established at 7 Sanctuary Road, Cable Beach. It will offer family and tourist focused dining, drinking and socialising facilities, set within tranquil authentic Kimberley landscaping. Beers produced by Spinifex Brewery will be a main feature and in particular, low and mid-strength products.

A range of liquor is proposed to be available at the premises, for consumption on the premises only (ie no take-away liquor), along with a large and diverse selection of non-alcoholic drinks and food. Native botanicals will be a key ingredient in food and drinks. There will be a considerable amount of seating, family activities and entertainment and other ancillary services and facilities designed to accommodate up to 417 patrons.

A premium artisan pizza oven from Italy will be installed and outdoor, state-of-the-art LED screen. It is also intended that a takeaway coffee and pastry service from 7am will be made available. Usual trading hours are intended to be 7am – 10pm, seven days a week. Please provide your opinion on the Spinifex Brewery – Cable Beach application by completing this questionnaire.
