We’ve added two exciting new vegetarian dishes to our menu at Spinifex Cable Beach, perfect for those seeking fresh, flavourful plant-based options. Our kitchen team has crafted these dishes with quality ingredients and bold flavours that everyone will enjoy.

Tofu Soba Noodle Salad

Our Tofu Soba Noodle Salad brings together fried tofu and soba noodles with a delicious blend of Asian-inspired ingredients. The dish features red miso, edamame, mirin, sake, soy sauce, kecap manis and sesame seeds, creating a perfect balance of savoury and umami flavours. It’s a light yet satisfying option that’s ideal for lunch or dinner.

Veg Head Pizza

The Veg Head Pizza is topped with tomato sugo as the base, then loaded with roasted capsicum, mushroom, red onion and cherry tomatoes. We finish it with fresh basil, oregano and mozzarella for a classic pizza experience that celebrates vegetables.
