Spinifex Brewing Co Becomes Naming Rights Sponsor of the Shinju Matsuri Town Beach Hub

Spinifex Brewing Co (SBCo) are delighted to renew our sponsorship with the iconic Shinju Matsuri Festival in Broome. Following an outstanding delivery in 2022 by local event organisation Kimberley Special Events, SBCo are excited to continue this fantastic, community lead, event sponsorship with particular focus on activating the Festival Hub in Town Beach.

Collaboration with the Broome community has never been more important, as we look to what will be a monumental year for the company with the opening of pop-up bar and restaurant Zookeepers in March, followed by our flagship Cable Beach,micro-brewery and alehouse later in the year.

In addition to stepping up as the naming rights sponsor for the 2023 Shinju Matsuri Festival Hub, SBCo’s first venue Zookeepers have secured the catering deal for the famous Cable Beach Long Table Dinner. Attendees can expect high quality hospitality, with the team being led by former owner/operator of the Sydney Cove Oyster Bar, Phil Thompson having recently taken on the role of GM of Hospitality at SBCo.

The Long Table Dinner is renowned as one of the most exclusive dining table events in WA and is perhaps the most anticipated event in the Shinju Matsuri calendar. Therefore,it is such an honour for our humble little brand to be able to supply local,handcrafted dishes made right here in Cable Beach.
