Spinifex Brewery Cable Beach Hosts Singaporean Delegation for Tourism WA Media Famil

In celebration of Jetstar Asia’s inaugural direct Singapore to Broome flight, Spinifex Brewery Cable Beach was delighted to play host to a distinguished group of 15 Singaporean media and trade representatives alongside Australia’s North West Tourism for the Tourism WA Media Famil.

Jason gives the delegates a venue tour by night

After a long day of exploring some of Broome’s beautiful natural landscape, the delegates were warmly welcomed by venue manager, Jason and given a personal tour through the venue. With his intricate knowledge of the venue and it’s native landscaping, Jason was able to offer some insight into the planning and operation of the brewery.

Following the tour, the delegates were treated to a tasting session which included three of the brewery’s most popular core range beers: Kimberley Crisp, Myrtle Summer and Ginger Beer.

The delegates were treated to a three-course, set menu crafted by Head Chef Igor Rossi, with each dish featuring native botanicals such as lemon myrtle and wattle seed.

Main: Old man salt Bush 500 gr t bone, native thyme and wild rosemary roast potatoes, Margaret river shiraz red wine jus with pepper berry leaves, salad with bush olives, roast grape tomatoes, bush tomato vinegar

This event not only celebrated the new direct flight route but also provided an opportunity for the Singaporean delegates to experience the premier hospitality of Spinifex Brewery Cable Beach. With many of the delegates leaving the brewery with full bellies and open minds, one Singaporean influencer said
