In the world of culinary arts, our quest for excellence is a never-ending journey. At Spinifex North Beach our Head Chef Zac and his team were privileged to receive a one-on-one masterclass with the renowned, Chef Tony Howell.
Tony, fresh from delivering the world-famous, Shinju Matsuri Long Table Dinner on Cable Beach in collaboration with our sister venue Zookeepers, made an extra special visit to our team in North Beach.
Head Chef Zac and the team were inspired as Chef Tony shared his wisdom, creativity, and passion, revealing the secrets to creating fascinating flavour combinations, mastering the art of plating, and leveraging seasonal produce to elevate his culinary creations.

Chef Tony Howell’s personal masterclass was a transformative experience for Head Chef Zac at Spinifex North Beach.
