Before the transfer takes place, meticulous steps are followed to ensure quality. The Bright Beer tank, transfer lines, and filter undergo meticulous sterilization. A quick sample is taken to ensure everything is on point, and the remaining yeast settled at the bottom of the tank is carefully discarded.
