There is no denying, Broome is getting thirsty for Spinifex brews. So let’s take a glimpse behind the scenes at the shiny silver tanks that brew up all the liquid gold.

Introducing our brand new NanoCraft Brewery, a high-tech, cutting-edge 6 HL brewery, producing 600 litre brews, up to 25,000 litres annually, delivered directly to the bar.

From grain to tap, we will be handcrafting local brews with a focus on local produce and community enjoyment. This system allows us to explore our passion for experimentation and to create unique and exceptional beer ideas! We will of course be brewing up a few of your favourite Spini beers and are excited to also feature a rotating limited-release seasonal beer range!
