Zookeepers Delivers a Taste of Paradise on Cable Beach

Picture this: A warm, balmy evening on Cable Beach, with the sound of waves gently lapping at the shore, the sky painted in shades of orange and pink as the sun sets, and a long table set for a sumptuous feast.

Saturday September 9, was a night to remember for the Zookeepers hospitality team, as they delivered the catering for the famous Shinju Matsuri Long Table Dinner on Cable Beach. The evening combined the culinary talents of celebrity Chef Khanh Ong, Zookeepers hospitality team and the brewing excellence of Spinifex Brewing Co, for an unforgettable night rich in culture and unique flavours.

The mouthwatering menu was curated by celebrity Chef Khanh Ong who is known for inventive and delectable creations. Khanh brought his A game to Cable Beach and crafted a menu that was a delightful fusion of Asian and Australian cuisines, paying homage to the rich cultural tapestry of Broome.
